my stay at red lion hotel was quite pleasant overall. the location was perfect, just a short drive to the toyota center for the ron white concert. i especially appreciated the free wifi and the fitness center. the cheerful staff at checkout made a great impression, guiding me on getting my deposit back.

missingWrote a review on Nov 12shopping accessroom amenitiesmaintenance issues
Quick access to nearby shopping and dining options made it easy to grab a bite or stock up on supplies. The room amenities included a fridge and a Samsung TV, which added to the comfort for a laid-back stay.
The king room had only one chair, a desk chair, which didn’t suit both guests needing a spot to relax. Carpets showed visible wear, with shreds and old stains hinting at a need for maintenance. The air conditioning unit made a racket during the night, and it was hard to keep drinks in the fridge from freezing, regardless of adjustments. Additionally, the lack of hot water during peak times made showers frustrating. just when you think you’re getting a decent rinse, it's back to the uncomfortably cold cycle.

the executive suite was super spacious and affordable, and staff was really friendly. we got a free breakfast for being genius members, even tho they didn't advertise it! overall, a nice stay, especially since there were no conventions when we were there.
but the hotel looked kinda tired and could use a bit of sprucing up. also, some noise from parties in nearby rooms was annoying.

great staff but struggling facility with much needed updates and the outdoor pool is perfect for relaxation
Staff were friendly, and bed was comfortable.

missingWrote a review on Sept 28group activitiesgreat locationplenty of optionsdifficult stairs
Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed boating on the Columbia River and explored nearby shopping options. The sports and entertainment facilities kept us busy. Just a heads up, there's no elevator, which can make lugging bags challenging. Overall, fun place to stay for a group getaway!
The stairs were difficult to navigate with luggage since we didn't see any elevators.

missingWrote a review on Sept 18staff assistanceevent arrangementcomfortable settingpoor lightingchaotic check-in
I attended an auction event here and the staff made everything easy. They helped to set up for the event, which made it go smoothly. We had a large group, but the team ensured we had everything we needed. It was nice to just walk in and know the arrangements were taken care of. The event was successful and the guests enjoyed themselves.
Poor lighting outside at night. The employee check-in process was chaotic and confusing, which was frustrating.

The courtyard was a lovely area for my dog and me, though slightly lacking in lighting at night. It felt welcoming and had convenient access for me, making it easy to enjoy my stay with my furry friend.
Better lighting and maintenance in outdoor areas.

i've stayed here before, but this time it was even better. the rooms were sparkling clean, and i loved how comfy the bed was, making it a perfect spot after a day of sightseeing. plus, the staff went above and beyond to assist during my fantastic walking tour around town.
the a/c unit was quite noisy.

Comfortable beds but noisy parties kept us awake. Not ideal for families.

missingWrote a review on Aug 20spacious roomcomfortable bedcleanliness standardsdated furnitureinaccessible outlets
The Standard Queen Room was pretty spacious, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. However, I noticed some age in the facility—like the rough door and dated furniture. There were no accessible outlets by the bed, which was a bit of a hassle. Overall, decent stay, but it could definitely use some updates.

missingWrote a review on Aug 05comfortable beds
This was just a fitting option for a weekend jaunt in Kennewick with value for money. The beds were excellently comfortable for a good night's rest despite the noise from late-night pool parties. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise.

The staff were all friendly and made me feel welcome. The breakfast was surprisingly good, eggs, sausage, pancakes, coffee, all the works, really!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Jul 10comfortable bedspacious roomplenty of pillowsnoisy acboring view
The Standard King Room was pretty comfy with a nice bed and lots of pillows. It felt spacious enough for a short stay, and I got a good night's sleep. However, the room was nothing fancy, and the view was just of the parking lot. The AC was a bit noisy, but it kept things cool. Not the most exciting room I've stayed in, but it did the job for one night.
